At Bella Wedding Invitations, best in class customer service is our promise. We want your ordering experience to be a pleasant one and your purchased items perfect so you will recommend us to others. Personalization or Custom Imprinting

Once you have selected an invitation style, double click on the thumbnail image. From the drop-down menu on the left, select your first item, such as “Invitation”. You now have the ability to order personalization by adding your wedding information. You are also directed to select a standard verse or modify your own, and choose from a selection of type fonts and ink colors. Item options may be available for your selection, such as the ability to print a return address on your outside envelopes. There is also an area for you to add special instructions. Add the item to your cart and then repeat the process for additional items.

Save a partial order for later completion

Below the product image at lower right is a grey box that says, “Save As Favorite”. Click this to save the current item, quote, verse and color selections for later completion. When you return, a new button will say “View Favorites” and allow you to continue the order process.

Printing

We use a process called thermography when printing your order. This printing process forms slightly raised letters that you can feel when running your fingers over the printed areas.

Samples

We can send up to three blank samples for your consideration. Just add the items you are interested in to your favorites and then select those you would like to receive as samples for review by clicking on the grey box labeled “Request Sample”.

Proofing

Proofing is fast and easy online with the Bella Wedding Invitation automatic proofing system. You can proof your invitation online during the ordering process. If you would like to order a printed proof, the cost is $25.00 per proof and will take between 2-3 weeks for receipt. To order a printed proof, please follow these directions:

• Customize the invitation online with your desired wording.
• Submit the order online.
• Record your order number.
• Contact us via phone at 866-395-5859 and have your order number ready.
• Ask that a printed proof be mailed to you.
• We will mail one proof and hold your order until we receive your approval.
• when you are ready, call us with your approval and we will proceed to print your order.

Order Lead Time

Please allow 2-4 business days to print your order. Shipping time is additional, depending on the method of shipping chosen during the order process. Please remember that if you ordered a printed proof, your order will not be printed until we receive your final approval.

Return Policy

We guarantee that your order will be free from defect in workmanship. We ask that you proof your order carefully as it will be printed exactly as you have entered it. We cannot be held responsible if your items are printed exactly as ordered. We will replace orders promptly at no charge if it is determined we caused the error or for poor quality in workmanship.
